When you fill in the contact form We collect your name, your email and the message you write. What it is for: replying to you and, where relevant, booking a class. Legal basis: your request. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract. How long: we keep the conversation while it is useful for looking after you as a student. If nothing follows, we delete it after 2 years. When you write by WhatsApp, phone or email We end up holding your number or address and the content of the conversation, as in any ordinary exchange. Legal basis: your request. How long: same as above. When you browse the site If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records in aggregate which pages you see, where you came from, which language you use and whether you clicked the contact buttons. What it is for: understanding which pages help and which do not, and improving the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. How long: up to 14 months, per the Google Analytics data retention setting. If you decline, Google Analytics receives only anonymous signals that neither identify you nor store cookies in your browser. What we never send to Google Analytics: your name, your email, your phone number or the content of your messages. That stays with us.

At any time you can ask us to: Give you access to the data we hold about you. Correct anything that is wrong. Delete everything. Restrict or object to the processing. Hand your data over in a portable format. Withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting what was done before. Just write to patricia@quintadopedescalco.com. We reply within one month at the latest. If you feel we did not handle it properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt.
